Yem Bitkisi Karışım Silajına Farklı Katkı Maddeleri İlavesinin İn Vitro Fermantasyon Parametreleri ile Yem Kalitesi Üzerine Etkilerinin Belirlenmesi

Özet

Bu çalışma, yem bitkisi karışım silajına farklı katkı maddelerinin (melas, keçiboynuzu ve gladiçya) belirlenen oranda (%4,5) ilavesiyle in vitro gaz üretim tekniği ve Ankom Daisy in vitro fermantasyon sistemi kullanılarak in vitro fermantasyon parametreleri ile yem kalitesi üzerine olan etkisini tespit etmek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Yem bitkisi karışım silajına biri kontrol grubu olmak üzere 3 farklı muamele grubu (%4,5 melas, %4,5 keçiboynuzu kırığı, %4,5 gladiçya) ilave edilerek toplamda 4 deneme grubu oluşturulmuştur. Hazırlanan silaj örnekleri 3 tekerrürlü olarak vakum torbalarında (25x35cm) mutfak tipi vakum makinesinde vakumlanarak ve 25 ± 2 ºC’de 60 gün süre ile muhafaza edilmiştir. Karışım silajına farklı katkı maddelerinin ilavesi ile; pH, NH3, FP (fleig puanı), HY (ham yağ), NDF, ADF, ADL, GÜ (gaz üretimi), Metan, %Metan, GSKM (gerçek sindirilebilir kuru madde), GSD (gerçek sindirim derecesi), ME (metabolik enerji), NEL (net enerji laktasyon), OMSD (organik madde sindirim derecesi), KMS (kuru madde sindirilebilirliği), NYD (nispi yem değeri) ve NYK (nispi yem kalitesi) muameleden önemli düzeyde etkilendiği belirlenmiştir (P< 0.05).

Sonuç olarak elde edilen bulgular, yem bitkisi karışım silajına muamelenin nispi yem değeri ve kalitesine katkıda bulunarak, enerji içeriği, organik madde sindirimini, toplam sindirilebilir besini, kuru madde alınımını ve gerçek sindirim derecesini artırarak; rasyonun kalitesini iyileştirdiği tespit edilmiştir.
