Turkey from Orchidaceae family 26 genera and 60 species are represented by about 166 endemic. In this study, Platanthera chlorantha (Custer) Rchb. (ORCHIDACEAE) has been examined to examine the anatomical, morphological and micromorphological features in detail, and to evaluate the limitations and systematic relationships of taxa. Plant materials of Platanthera species were collected in Eskişehir between 2018. P. chlorantha samples were analyzed for their anatomical features. It was investigated micrometrically in P. chlorantha anatomy. Anatomical examinations revealed that the root anatomy was anatomically different, especially in terms of collateral vascular bundles, distribution of vascular bundles and xylem features. In the root anatomy, the central cylinder, endodermis and / or pericycle features are the distinctive features of all taxa examined. The cells were measured micrometrically in the trunk, leaf cross sections and leaf lower superficial and leaf upper superficial sections and information about their structure was given. Morphological examinations revealed flower, lateral sepal, petal, dorsal sepal, anther. Some of the fresh plant samples were used for morphological measurements and detailed explanations were prepared by taking photos with CANON EOS camera. P. chlorantha general view of the land and the view of its anatomical sections were photographed at Eskişehir Osmangazi University, Central Research Laboratory Application and Research Center. Results were compared with the findings of Flora of Turkey. Information about the flowering, habitat and life forms of the plant, general and regional spreads, IUCN category is also given. As habitat, P. chlorantha ranges from 900 m to 1100 m. Samples were collected from Eskisehir and is given localities in Turkey distribution area was determined according to a literature review.
