Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı kontrastlı MR Angiografi ile vertebral arter ve baziller arterlerin dolikoarteriopatilerini sınıflandırmak ve bu arterlerin dış çaplarını ölçmek ve birbirleriyle karşılaştırmaktır. Hastalar, kontrastlı MR anjiografiyi kullanarak vertebral arterlerin ve baziller arterlerin dolikoarteriopatili olup olmadıklarına göre 6 guruba ayrıldı. Dolikoarteriopatili ve dolikopatisiz vertebral ve baziller arterlerin dış çapları ölçüldü ve birbirleri ile karşılaştırıldı. Vertebral arterlerin en sık dolikoarteriopatisi sırasıyla tortuosity (40.7%), lopping(6.5%) ve kinking (2.6%) tir. Basiller arterin tortuocity ve kinking görünümü sırasıyla %7.6 ve %0.5 olarak görüldü. Dolikoarteriopatili baziller ve vertebral arterlerin dış çapları dolikoarteriopatisi olmayan vertebral ve baziller arterlerin çaplarından büyük olduğu görüldü. Vertebral artelerin dolikoarteriopatilerinin görülme sıklığı sırasıyla tortuocity, loop ve kink görünümü idi. Vertebral arterlerin segmentlerine göre dolikoarteriopati görünümü sırasıyla V1, V2, V3 ve V4 dür. Basiller arterlerin dolikoarteriopatilerinin görülme sıklığı sırasıyla tortussity ve kink formasyonudur. Dolikoarteriopati baziller ve vertebral arterlerin çapları dolikoarteriopatisi olmayanlara göre geniştir.
