Türkiye'de Hane Yoğunluğu En Yüksek 10 İldeki Bina ve Hane Özellikleri ile Yenileme İhtiyaçları Hakkında Bazı Çıkarsamalar

Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu (TÜİK) tarafından, AB üye ülkeleriyle uyumlu şekilde Ekim 2021 ile Nisan 2022 tarihleri arasında, idari kayıtlara dayalı "Nüfus ve Konut Sayımı (NKS), 2021" yapılmıştır.
TÜİK tarafından yürütülmüş NKS çalışmasını baz alarak, bu çalışmada, NKS verilerine ilave olarak, Türkiye nüfus istatistikleri, yaşlı nüfus istatistikleri, bina sayımları ve ilgili araştırma çalışmaları incelenerek, Türkiye'de hane halkı sayısının en yüksek olduğu 10 ildeki konutlar üzerine bir inceleme çalışması yapılmıştır. Çalışmada bina sayısı, konut tipi, bina kat sayısı, bina inşa yılı, konut mülkiyet durumu, oda sayısı, kişi başına düşen oda sayısı, binada asansör mevcudiyeti, hane halkı tipleri, nüfus, yaşlı sayısı, inşaat maliyet endeksleri parametreleri birbiriyle ilişkilendirilebilecek tablo ve grafiklerle sunulmuş, analiz edilmiş ve değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca konut stokundaki yenilenme gereksinimleri ve yönelimleri ve gelecekteki istatistiki çalışmaların kapsamı hakkında bazı çıkarsamalar yapılmıştır.
