This study was conducted to determine the effects of different row spacings, chicken manure doses and seed pre-applications on nodulation of chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.) in Siirt conditions during 2016-2017 growing season. Trials were laid out in split-split plot design with three replications. In the study, three different row spaces (20, 30 and 40 cm) as main plots; seed pre-application and Mesorhizobium ciceri inoculation as split plots, and chicken manure doses (0, 40, 120 and 200 kg/da) were applied as split-split plots. According to the results of the study, number of nodules per plant, wet nodule weight per plant and dry nodule weight per plant varied between 21.27-54.57 pcs/plant, 3.908-7.809 g and 0.659-1.234 g. As a result, in this study conducted in the ecological conditions of Siirt province, 40 cm row spacing + Mesorhizobium ciceri + 120 kg/da application is recommended
